MVF Paving Project (Updated) Homeowners Please Read!

[Update 8/21/2018]

All major repairs have been completed. Thank you for your cooperation and patience during the repairs.

There are some minor repairs continuing:

  • Mail center parking lot will be sealed and coated on Aug 23 and 24. During that time, no one will be allowed to drive or park around the mail center.
  • There will be some continued fixes on the road areas as needed, especially around manhole and water valve covers.

If you have damage to your property caused by MPI and would like to have them fix it, please contact the Board at board@mvfhoa.org before Sep 14. After this time, we will pay the final bill from MPI and release them from their obligations.

[Update Wednesday, 7/11/2018]

Be sure to check your front door each day for a flyer from Metro Pavers for work that will affect your access to your driveway in the coming days.

[Updated Saturday, 7/7/2018]

The paving project starts at 7 am on Monday, July 9th, 2018.  Each home should have received a Metro Pavers information flyer in their front door about the planned work.  The MVF board has written an expanded FAQ to provide additional information about how the work will impact each of us.

The FAQ refers to a number of satellite photos posted in the mail center that show each of the neighborhood roads and the work that will be performed there.  Here's a copy of those photos to save you a trip to the mail center.

Watch this space for additional updates while the work is underway.
